Closing dates for custom orders and last post dates

As the busy festive season approaches I wanted to keep you in the loop about some important dates for custom orders and shipping.

Custom order deadlines

If you’re hoping for a unique handmade piece this Christmas please place custom orders by November 22nd. This date may change if I’m very busy so they may close early. After that date I will still be taking orders but I’ll be focusing on finishing existing biscuit ware pieces to ensure everything arrives before the festivities!

Postage cut-off dates for the UK

For UK customers ordering I’d recommend not leaving it too late, I usually post out second and first class but I can post out special delivery on request.

Last second class post; Tuesday December 17th

Last first class post; Friday December 20th
