International postage update!

As of this coming Monday (Jan 30th) international postage will be resumed via Etsy.

If you're not aware in early January a cyber hacking incident occurred for the parcel handling of international mail. This meant that there was an immediate halt to all international mail leaving the UK including parcels already in transit. This has lasted about 3 weeks now so it’s quite a substantial delay to orders.

Royal Mail have already stated that in order to get mail moving more quickly parcels won’t be scanned for tracking as frequently. Tracking details on items in transit and those sent during the next few weeks won’t be as good as the normal service for this.

I do have a small backlog of international parcels leaving the studio on Monday. Most customers with items in transit have told me that to be delivered mail is taking about 4-8 weeks currently but as time goes on I’m sure that’ll start to go back to normal. Usually standard airmail takes around 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on where in the world you live.

If you're an international customer who purchased an item which dispatched in December and it still has not yet arrived please get in touch and let me know. Since items during December faced additional delays and some of these have only just started arriving in mid January.
